Once upon a Bride

Recently a bunch of Adelaide wedding suppliers got together for a collaborative photo-shoot against the backdrop of the newly refurbished venue, The Manor Basket Range. Located just 30 minutes from Adelaide, this picturesque premise in the Adelaide Hills is like something out of the pages of a classic fairy-tale. This wedding venue has a small chapel, two function rooms with adjoining accommodation.

Inspired by the romance of the setting, Audrey Austen Bridal selected gowns to compliment the breathtaking Autumn colours. The elegant lace gowns were worn by Powell Models and Mimi-Jane Millinery was also chosen to add a touch of “royalty” for the overall regal look.

The burst of pinks, whites and greenery in the gorgeous bouquet from Little Boho Flower Co brought out the Autumn leaves as part of this stunning backdrop. The final touch that brought the vision together was the elegant make-up by Krista Jade and the hairstyling by Gaetana Marjas, all photographed flawlessly by Alex Szczesniak from Boutique Blinks. “I wanted to capture old world
romance against the rich colours of the leaves in the Adelaide Hills. I think all of the collaboratives were paired perfectly together and I was excited to shoot at such a spectacular venue.”
